My art Pieces.

In this video, I am showing an art piece I created in the video game called Call of Duty Black ops 2.  There is a function within the game that allows you to create and personalize your own emblem.  I never really spent much time on it.  The other day I thought I would go ahead and try.  So I spent some time making this Batman.

This next photo is a picture of an elephant.  I took an outline of an elephant, and within its spacing, I took several long-thin cut magazine strips to form within the elephant shape.

The next piece shown below is Copper-Man.  I took several copper fittings, a foot of copper piping,  one ear 90% fitting and soldered them all together.  I have always been fascinated with with these little guys I see in boutiques.  The little figures I have seen are welded together, something I havent learned yet to do, nor do I have the tools.  Hope you enjoy.

Mexico & Now

Wow!!! It's been a while sense I have written in here....  Where do I even start?  Well I had an amazing adventure in Mexico with the boys...  I don't think I have had a better trip thus far....  Its great to be able to have friends such as Kyle John, and Jonathan; but it sucks to have everyone live so far away from one another...  I will put up some new pics up soon....  We plan on going on another trip next summer an this time to Croatia...  I hope its even better....

This summer i am doing the usual remodeling as well as delivering drywall...  Its going alright but I cant wait until I am finished with this History class so I can finally focus on work and Basketball once again....

Off to Mexico with the Boys

Well its finally summer, and its time to get to work.. I have been working at home Acres delivering dry-wall as well as remodeling homes as well.. I do wish however that I would be able to work more for Kurt but I have so many hours to work at Home Acre and I have school every thursday niht and I have to study.. I will find and make some time though to do some remodeling.. This weekedn and next week are two big event.. I am going to Mexico with the Boys.  Kyle, John, and Johnathan.  We are are going to Riviera Maya, I can't wait...  Well I will be writing more soon after the trip so stay tuned for next season.

Where am I

If you were to tell me that I was going to be playing another year of college basketball, I would have told you that you were crazy.  Visser and I had been planning on the two of us becoming roommates, wherever he may be playing basketball; but because of recent event and because I owe so much money in loans I have decided to stay and play one more year in hope of taking most of my grant money and use it to pay off my debt.  Being so close to graduating, I will not have to take a full load.  Because I do not have to take a full load means that the scholarship money not spent, I can use to pay of the school loans.  Because I'm not taking a full load mens that I can be working as well, and I plan on being a substitute teacher while taking a class and playing basketball.  You could say that I have allot on my plate, but I need to get this debt taken care of.

2008 Nationals Branson Missouri

Well my team and I made it to nationals despite the up-set lose to Cornerstone in the semi-final conference tournament.  We were given the were give the 16th cede and our first game was against Dakota Weslyan.  We won 91-66.  It was a really rough game at first going into half-time only up 2.  We shot 15 for 22 from the 3, 91% form the freethrow line, and 60% from the field.  I hope and pray that we continue to play this well.

Every year at nationals, all the teams gather together and go to the Dixie Stampead.  This year our seats were right up front and Jeff Wierzbicki and I go to go into the center stage and ride in a stick-horse competition;  We won and got medals by the way.  I hope that this video entertains you.

Now Comes the Test

Well, for those who don't already know my team and I won the WHAC conference.  We lost some games we shouldn't of have but no one is perfect.  We just won our first game in the conference tournament today, and boy did we play ugly.  I don't think anyone played a good game.  We were just of sync in all areas; and i don't think i have seen coach so mad, though he should be because we were not mentally into it.  All i know is that we cannot play like that again other wise were screwed once nationals comes around.  Please continue to pray for our team and I hope to see some of you at my game.

Something That I learned from last week at church would have to be; self control and perseverance.  We need to be able to look at the temptations in our lives and be able to say no to ourselves.  No Im not going to look at porn, or no I'm not going to have a sip of that or no I'm not going to wastefully spend my money on that.  Once we are able to control what we do, in the moment then we need to be able to persevere through it and learn not to struggle.  God is always there giving us the tools to succeed, its just we need to realize that he is there waiting for us to do something about it and help us, we have to take the first step then God will help us..
